Eskandar Oversized Rich Tweed Boucle Coat Jacket. There are two front pockets, dropped sleeves (likely falling at a long length or bracelet length depending on body). The bottom is a-line and full. If you like, you could also pin the overlap with an elegant pin at the top to close the jacket.
